Our Staff

Our mission here at NewSound Hearing in Brenham Texas is to Save Hearing Lives! I have been a Hearing Instrument Specialist for years, and very much enjoy helping others hear better. I am a hearing aid wearer myself, so I can tell from experience what works and what doesn’t. I live in Brenham, and I love it here. I am a Native Texan, and have family in the area that goes back several generations. We offer the latest and greatest state of the art technology, along with the most advanced and thorough testing available. Our hearing tests are free, and we have financing available. We are conveniently located right off 290 West, next to Pizza Hut. Come in, I would love to meet you, and I’m happy to help you with all of your hearing needs.

Ashley Wilson is an Audio Technician from Columbus, Texas. Ashley started working at New Sound Hearing Center in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because she has a passion for helping others.
What Ashley loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the patients eyes light up when they are able to hear clearer than they ever thought possible! Ashley strives for every patient to walk out of the clinic with a smile on their face in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Ashley loves to go fishing, sing, play dominoes, and spend time with her children.

Hi my name is Melaudy Lane. I have been in the hearing industry for twelve plus years. Not many people can say this, but I can honestly say I love my job. Working with people to help them connect with their friends and loved ones is so very satisfying to me just to see their expressions on their faces is priceless. My goal is to build long term relationships and support the ongoing needs of our patients.

I lived in Katy, Texas for 34 years. I have a beautiful daughter who is a 6th grade English teacher in the Richmond, Texas. I love when she comes to Bellville to visit with her fur babies, Tipsy and Tackle (cockapoo dogs). The things that bring me the most joy in life are driving fast, going to the beach, and making time for friends because tomorrow is never a promise.
